At 50, I’m not who I used to be — and honestly, thank goodness for that. A few years ago, I found myself starting over in my late 40s: fresh out of a divorce, overwhelmed, and adjusting to life on a single income. My 8–5 job paid the bills, but it left me drained, stuck, and craving a life that felt like mine again. I didn’t have the financial cushion I expected at this age, and things like travel and wellness felt like luxuries reserved for someone else’s life.

But somewhere between surviving and daydreaming, something shifted. I realized I didn’t want to just get by anymore… I wanted to live.

I wanted to feel good in my body again, feel excited about the future, and explore new places — even if it’s one step, one paycheck, one adventure at a time. (Portugal, you’re still on my list.) That’s when I stumbled into digital and affiliate marketing. I’m still in the early stages — no overnight success story here — but I’ve seen what’s possible. And more importantly, I’ve found a spark I haven’t felt in years.
